She's a rolly polly
So the update on Kaylee... She now weighs 14lbs 11oz! She is doing great on her weight, but her height and head size is a bit small, but nothing to be too concerned about right now. She is 23 1/4 inches. Garth and I both think she got measured wrong. She looks way longer than she was told! Other than that she is doing great. She has now began to roll over! Tuesday night I put Kaylee down for bed and as soon as I did she rolled from her stomach to her back. I applauded her thinking it was only going to happen once....then proceeded to turn her back to her stomach. It happened again! So I took her upstairs to show Garth. She got stage fright... So I took her back down and put her to bed. She cried a little and after a while Garth and I both thought it was too quiet and that she couldn't have gone to sleep already... so we walked into her room and this is what we found...
Garth had yet to see her actually roll over. Poor Dad. So the next morning she finally rolled over for him! She hasn't quite got it down yet, but if she gets enough momentum she can do it. She is doing it more and more. Which for us is exciting and bitter sweet. We love the progress she is making, but at the same time it will now be a bit more difficult getting her to go to sleep. The exciting joys of being parents!

Where does the time go?
Today we have a 4 month old... it is amazing how fast time goes by. We have been so busy the last couple of months. Mostly with Kaylee. She keeps us busy, but we love her! She has been growing so much. I will give the stats on her next week when we take her in for her 4 month check up. But she has shot up for sure in her height! She is so long now! I swear it happened over night! She has been sleeping well except the past week she has gotten in the habit of not taking naps then staying up til 3 in the morning. But it looks like we have gotten past that. Atleast for now. :) She is laughing so much more and we have enjoyed just hearing her talk all the time. As for everything else. We are surviving.
